We are preparing the next phase of the project

Klingerka will continue between Košická, Prístavná and Plátenícka streets – delivering over 600 apartments, as well as retail, gastronomy, and handy services. The full-fledged city structure will also be complemented by an office tower. Klingerka’s public park with playgrounds will be connected to green courtyards facing Plátenícka Street as the project unfolds. The courtyard concept will foster tranquil living, and give residents a safe community environment.
